The generations of informational mediums had to evolve, as technology made new demands that canceled the older platforms, such as the 8 Track Tape example.
Place this thinking in any situation today.
If you fast forward beyond the 8 Track Tape, do you still bring another old platform: a Type-Cassette Tape value to the room? If your answer is yes, you will not be relevant.
I mentioned the above mediums because they open your mind to recognize that learning and improving are not an option.
